Question about Announcing the News

Maybe it's because we went through a year and a half of trying and IF treatment but we haven't told anyone yet (well except you ladies!). We are planning to tell our parents and siblings around Thanksgiving (1st US 11/13) and maybe a few close friends. Otherwise, nobody will know till at least Christmas. It's absolutely killing me not to burst but we are so cautious and really want to make it to 8 weeks just to be sure (which is on Thanksgiving day when both families will be together). I know it's a person decision, just sort of thinking out loud. Thanks and TGIF!
