Too Soon?

Ok, so I am really nervous (and a little scared).  I just had a beautiful baby girl on July 3rd.  I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant...again!  Its wonderful news and I want more children, but I feel its too soon.  I don't know if I'm ready to be pregnant, again.  I know I'll endure, however. 

I am looking for opinions on how you would cope with this, having a 4 month old and being pregnant at the same time.  I, also, have a 3 year old step son who we have quite frequently.  I am a stay-at-home mom, too.  I'm desperate for advice on everything from telling people that I am once, again, pregnant to dealing with pregnancy as a stay-at-home mom with a newborn.  I'm stressing!
