Q right sided pain

Hi I have asked the nurse about this and they weren't concerned, but wanted to survey other people that had had this I had stage 4 endo and had surgery. Still after had some pain on right side, because of scar tissue and damage to ascending colon, and the brunt of it all. Since I have been pregnant, I have had the pain on and off. I guess I thought it would subside with pregnancy? Does anyone else have this? Seems to hurt most when I over do it.
