Happy Halloween to me! 1st OB appointment

I had my first appointment with the OB today and it went GREAT. I didn't expect they would be able to pick the heartbeat up on the Doppler but to my surprise I heard it! 160! My only current concern is that I had a LEEP procedure back in 2005-my Dr. at the time advised it was a small amount removed and it should not affect getting pregnant/maintaining a pregnancy. They want to monitor me with more ultrasounds to make sure my cervix is closed. Has anyone else had a LEEP and had a successful normal pregnancy? I am sure things will be fine just a little concerned!
