1st Trimester

Hard time exercising

I am only 6 weeks and prior to being pregnant I worked out 4 times a week, but I have absolutely no motivation to work out!  Part of it is that I am exhausted and my boobs are so sore!  But I know how important working out is and I just feel badly about it.  Also, all I want to eat are carbs!

 

Anyone experiencing this or have suggestions?
