PODS (NBR)

So DH is deploying in January and we've decided that DD and I will move in with my parents while he is gone. We're going to move out of our current rental and put most of our stuff in storage until DH comes back and we move into a bigger place. It seems like PODS is a great storage option but I'm always weary of storage centers and such. So my question is, have you ever used PODS? How was your experience? 

I've been researching local storage places and most have reviews complaining of mice and/or cockroaches. EEK!
