Nursing strike?

I can't get this little one to eat lately.  Half the time I try to put her on the breast, she fusses and cries.  When she does latch on, she does for a minute or two and then gets distracted. I know they are supposed to be more efficient at this age, but she can't be that efficient.

She has plenty of happy alert time during the day, sleeps well at night, and always has a big poop in the morning.  So she seems to be perfectly healthy.  I don't know why I can't get her to eat.  

She eats the best when she has just woken up.  So usually if I get her to sleep first, she'll eat a bit.  She also seems to like nursing while I'm pacing around the living room (really fun for me)
