At least that's what DH and I call him.

SIL is 20 and a nursing student. She had a serious boyfriend but she just told DH and I like two weeks ago that she cheated on him with a doctor at the hospital she is doing clinicals at. Like they did it inside the hospital. So she breaks up with old boyfriend and is now officially with Dr. McDreamy. He's 32!

He's actually really nice and was great with DS. But the whole story still cracks me up.
