Poop frequency?

Baby girl used to poo about three times a day. Yesterday she didn't poop one time and she still hasn't pooped today. I know some babies just go once a week but she has never been like that. She toots every once and a while but no poop and not even a shart. She's ebf so I'm wondering if she's not getting enough? Any advice on how to get things moving ?
