Halloween costume frustration!

Well, I've had my first not so great purchase off of Etsy...we bought Ben an adorable chicken costume that arrived the other day, but I can't see how any baby could ever wear this! The feathers are falling off everywhere and they are tiny/great choking hazards. It's a really cute costume, but it's so puffy that even when I try to put it over his head he freaks out because feathers are getting near his mouth, on his face, etc. Not to mention when we received it the costume was smushed down in the box and half of the feathers were already off....boooooo!
