1st Trimester

We're having a baby!! Food ideas?

I honestly still can't believe it! It's such a shock, but I am so excited!

I am 9 weeks along, and this past week I have been nauseous pretty much all throughout the day. I find that I am needing to eat every hour to an hour and a half, and if I am not getting enough protein, no matter how much I eat I still feel sick. It's so hard to eat that much throughout the day when I am constantly on the go.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of things that they carried along with them to help with nausea? Or snacks that are easy on the go and high in protein that may help me make it through the day?
