I think DD has a cold

She is congested, more so than normal. It's still clear and her nose isn't running but it's not her normal reflux-related-milk-congestion. She's sleeping a lot, snuggling a lot, nursing a lot, but pretty happy when she's awake and interested in playing but for shorter amounts of time than normal.

We're just doing saline spray with the occasional suction for now. STMs, any tips?
