LO no longer STTN??

I'm at a loss. LO has been STTN for probably 2 months now. I mean 6 to 8 hours at a time. She would go down around 11:30 and sleep until 6-7:30am. All of a sudden, in the past week, she refuses to STTN. Last night she woke up at 3am, 6am and 9am. She seems exhausted and so am I. What could this be? Could it be a teething thing? She continues to eat her fists and drool like a fountain also...
