had my first u/s

I went in this morning for my first u/s. All there was to see was a gestational sac. Which is good, and there is progress. Tuesday they did a scan after my beta and didn't see anything. Today there was a sac. But I am still worried about another blighted ovum, or slow growth that will eventually stop. I wish IF and losses didn't screw with you so much and I wish I didn't have to live in anxiety so much. I wish I could just be happy... 

But I am trying to see the positive about the growth and I hope next weeks scan with  show the yolk sac and the fetal pole too, (That's what they told me they hope to see next week.) They are telling me they are still optimistically cautious.
