Let's talk about boobies...

I gave up on breastfeeding around 2.5 months because of repeated cases of mastitis killing my supply.  Well, B is almost 4 months now, so it's been awhile since I've nursed or pumped.  I weaned myself off the pump slowly to reduce engorgement pain and haven't had a problem.  In the last week, my right breast (the one with great supply) has been KILLING ME.  It's even back to its old trick of hurting when B cries.  I haven't seen any leakage or anything, just weird pain.

Any clue what that could be about?

I also found this little knot right next to my nipple.  It's almost like a cyst feeling, but is tiny.  It doesn't have anything in it that I can see.  Should I just bring this up at my next gyn appointment or could it just be a duct?  I know y'all aren't doctors and probably have no idea how to picture what I'm describing, but just wondering if any of you have seen anything like that.
