What kind of nipples are you using? I've tried cutting them and after a couple of washes, they start splitting. Then I tried just poking a bigger hole, but he spits some out of the side of the nipple like the flow is too fast. So I added a little bit more oatmeal- nothing! I am at a loss with this!!
