? for those who quit BFing

So I found out yesterday that I will need to go to Spain for 4 days in January for work. I've never been to Europe and am really excited to go. However, I can't imagine dragging my pump along, and even if I did I would be in meetings most of the time and couldn't pump and dump even if I wanted to. So.... I think I will need to stop BFing before the trip even though I wanted to go 6 months. For those of you who were BFing and recently stopped, how long has it taken you for the milk to dry up? I'm thinking of cutting back on pumping sessions (I EP) after Christmas, but not sure if 3-4 weeks would be enough time and I leave for the trip on January 13th. Thoughts?
