Wwyd mil related

I have only met my mil once at our wedding but we have spoken on the phone. Since dd was born she has texted me once to see how she is doing. There are lots of reasons I'm not a fan. But today dh's grandpa said he want to fly mil out to see us and meet dd. I am not thrilled with this as she is very selfish and I have no tolerance for this. Also unless she is sleeping on our couch we have no place for her to stay. Is there a nice way for me to tell her she has to stay at a hotel?
