Red bump on inside of labia

October 2012 in 1st Trimester

I am 8 weeks along with baby 2 and I had some pain down there starting yesterday morning. I checked today and there is a red bump on the inside of my labia. It just hurts, no itching, no puss, just pain. Does anyone know what this is? I go in for my first appt tomorrow AM, but I was just hoping for some reassurance that it is nothing major!
