Just got back from 1st appt!

Now it's finally hitting me - it's more of a reality now that I'm actually pregnant!!

Dr said I'm about 6 weeks along - he wants to do an ultrasound next week & said we should see the heartbeat then!  Otherwise so far so good.

We haven't told anyone yet...  I told Dh we could next week after the u/s, but it would be kind of cool to wait until Thanksgiving & tell everyone then..  plus I'll be farther along then - once the word gets out everyone will know.
