Growth spurt?

So, at my OB last Thurs I measured bang on 20 weeks (when I was almost 21) with my fundus at my belly button. Then I wake up this morning and baby was lying entirely ABOVE my belly button. There was nothing below. Sank back down after I got up and relieved my bladder but boy was it weird!
