My mom made this for me last week and I tried making it tonight, it's really good! Basically it's peanut butter popcorn. She made her's healthy in a brown paper bag in the microwave with a little bit of olive oil, all I had was the microwavable bags.
But I melted about half a tablespoon of butter and 2-3 large tablespoons of peanut butter. Then just drizzled it over the popcorn and stirred in. It's a nice option over caramel or chocolate covered, which is delicious, but I'm sure not so healthy. Enjoy!
