Zofran not covered by insurance?

I am having miserable morning sickness that lasts all day. I am having a difficult time because I am a school teacher and there aren't many opportunities for me to throw up unnoticed without having to run out of the room in the middle of a lesson. Anyway, I called my ob and the nurse said that she could call me in a prescription of Zofran, but it isn't covered by insurance. Does she mean it isn't covered by my insurance, or insurance in general? She said I can get it for $30 from Costco, but everywhere else is $200+.
