The only days I actually feel really good (not exhausted, not queasy) are when I have a cup of coffee and run 4 miles. That is every other day or less at this point. Pre-preg I had coffee and ran almost daily, so it's been hard cutting back, but I know it's better to do so. But I just feel like crap the days I don't. Any non-exercise/caffeine tips for beating the exhaustion at this point??
