Levothyroxine, Zantac, and Iron Supplements - Oh my!

Ladies- those of who are on the Levothyroxine, Zantac, and Iron Supplements when do you take your doses?! 

I just found out last week im anemic and need to increase my iron - cant take within 4 hours of thyroid pills, cant take right before bed because may cause heartburn (THATS ALL I NEED!!) and shouldnt take with heartburn pills with calcium (luckily zantac doesnt have calcium)  cant take with calcium/milk products (so dinner is out- glass of milk with dinner always).... So... With only so many hours in the day when do i space these bad boys out!? 

Im thinking lunch time may be best- what do you do?
