Does this sound like reflux?

DD is breastfed and I think also food protein intolerant as she's had mucous and blood for 2 months. Lately, I've noticed that she doesn't nurse nicely unless I'm nursing her to sleep. When she's awake, she thrashes around, kicking her feet, scratching her head, grunting, like she's fighting to eat. I can also hear her stomach gurgle when she eats, but that doesnt seem to bother her. I mentioned that to the pedi a while ago and he didnt think anything of it. I thought it was slow letdown, but she does it first thing in the morning, too. She is not fussy afterwards, just during eating.
