Pumping at work question

I just went to pump for the first time today and realized I forgot the flanges! Ahh! What am I supposed to do now!? I usually pump 2 or 3 times at work. I will be going 12 hours without pumping from the time I pumped last until I can pump again. And I can't just run home and get themI live an hour away and I car pool to work. I've never hand expressed. Anyone have any good tips or videos? I am an idiot. Also, I have a coworker who also pumps. It would be really awkward toast her if I could borrow her flanges, right??
