Calling in sick to work...

I've called in sick twice since I found out I was pregnant.  Once around week 8 and again today.  I feel I've been lucky so far as I've not had any vomiting or severe pregnancy symptoms... just exhaustion.  Today I have achy chills and a low grade fever of 99.5.

 I work as a nigh shift nurse and my job is exhausting.  I always feel guilty for calling in sick but sometimes I just don't feel like I can do my job and take care of my patients the way they deserve.  I'm afraid I might get in trouble (this fear is totally irrational at this point as no one has said anything to me about calling in)

 Anyone else feel guilty or afraid of getting in trouble?
