won't take a bottle

Originally, I had a hard time getting my LO to nurse because I had to supplement early on.  The bottle was just easier for her.  I eventually got her back to nursing full time.  Now she won't take a bottle.  When we do give her a bottle, she'll only have like 30-50 ML at the most.  She doesn't latch on to the bottle really well and a lot of milk is over her face.  We've tried a few different nipples.

I like nursing most of the time anyway.  However, I would like to occasionally go out for a couple hours and have DH give her a bottle.  I have a couple appointments this week and I think she'll give DH a hard time.  Any tips for getting her to take a bottle?
