We went to a wedding yesterday on DH's side of the family. K got passed around a lot, which was expected and I didn't really mind because she was in a good mood. Someone brought up all the germs that K was being exposed to from all the people touching her. One of DH's aunts said, "Oh, well since she's still nursing she will be fine due to all the antibodies." I told her I wasn't nursing and she just looked at me. A few minutes later she said it again, and my MIL [who doesn't like this aunt] was like, she just told you she isn't nursing. Then the aunt goes, "Oh. Well...guess you will just have to deal with a sick baby in a few days."
