Bad self image rant vent

My neighbor is having a huge party tonight to celebrate his son graduating the marine core basic training. Du has been there all day cooking and setting up. Im supposed to meet him but im not. I don't feel comfortable in my skin yet nothing fits. My hair is in between stage from a pixie cut and just ugh. I know it sounds shallow and im really trying to just suck it up and go and I just can't. This is the third thing i've skipped on and dh is aggravated with me now. He just wants me to go. Wtf is wrong with me?
