creating bad habits?

LO is 11 weeks and we still rock her to sleep every night. Is she getting too old for this? I am worried she won't ever be able to fall asleep by herself if we keep this up. She does however wake up occasionally during the night and then fall asleep again without assistance. Any opinions?? I don't want to "spoil" her.

Seperate question: How long should EBF babies be sleeping at 11 weeks? When asked how she sleeps, i say shes a great sleeper (I expected to be up every couple hrs) but now I question it when I see how long some of your babies sleep. She sleeps a 6 hr stretch and then a 3 hr stretch with a 15 minute feeding session in between.
