wisdom teeth

ok so i had my bottom wisdom removed like 5-6 years ago. But now my top ones are coming in, the left top one is cutting through the gum, it hurts like heck. Plus my cheek is a little swollen. Im going to make an appt to see what the dentist says but my question is can i have them removed while im pregnant? I totally need/want to be out for it but i know there are issues with doign that. Ive always had straight teeth and never had braces and im terrified that they are going to push my other teeth and make them crooked, not to mention they are painful.
