Back to work hell week

Ugh. I had to go back on Monday. Well. Ds1 has bronchitis. He also split his scalp open when he was climbing in a closet. I'm dayum tired. My department at work has gone to heck in a handbasket. I had some mean and nasty patients today and found out one of them was recently released from jail for assault w a deadly weapon. I am scared of them but I can't do anything bc the patient hasn't done anything in rehab...yet. I am scared

I kinda want to have another baby just so I can go on ML. Life was easier then.
