Last Thickened Formula Question.. promise :)

I hope I am not driving anyone crazy with my questions lately about spit up, reflux and thickened formula.. but I have one more question. We are going to try the oatmeal in the bottle this weekend to see how JA does with it. Do you all make your bottles ahead of time even though you have added cereal to them?

The reason I ask is that I was not sure if I made his bottles ahead of time (like now I make his bottles for the night before the day he needs them) would they become too thick over time. I know regular oatmeal if you leave it sitting becomes thicker.
