Wow...just wow. I applied for a new position at work this week. I went and talked to a mgr in that dept and she began to tell me how my coworker who also applied my work bestie would be a better fit because I just had a baby. She asked me if I could just be a SAHM or something and said I should withdrawl my app.............she ALMOST had me convinced that she was right. Apparently this lady doesn't speak for her dept, I spoke with the hiring mgr and they have nothing against my work schedule or being a mom.....this will be an interesting wait to see who gets the job.
