Anyone have fast rising betas?

I just got back my second beta and it went from 193 at 9dp5dt to 741 at 11dp5dt. That's a doubling time of 25 hours. We transferred two blasts. Anyone have a similar fast rising beta? Could this mean twins? Nurse just said "looks great!". Of course, I should just accept that, but now I'm freaking out that they are rising too quickly. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
