Right when I thought injections were no more...

I have a blood clot. I jinxed myself with a smooth pregnancy. This week my left thigh started being super painful to the point of not walking. Turns out I have a few clots and have been put on Lovenox. 

Started it yesterday and am still in excruciating pain. Anyone else have to be put on blood thinners and how long do they take to start working. So much to do... 2.5 months to so it. I want to be mobile again.
