When to worry? (Poop question)

Usually LO will poop once.. sometimes twice a day. I started him on a little bit of Oatmeal 2 days ago after noticing his reflux was acting back up. He hasn't pooped at all today. He has been passing a lot of gas but no poop. He's not acting too bad but he's been sleeping a little more today and demands to be held to get to sleep. Any advice??
