LOs Nursery? (PIP)

Just wondering how things have changed from when we all set up LOs nurseries & what they are like now that they must be functional. Any additions that you have found to make life easier? Anything you had prior to LOs arrival you find was a waste? What's your favorite thing in LOs nursery (aside from LO, of course!!)

 Easier: Scentsy "Twinkle" warmer {has since been discontinued}    It might not actually do anything, persay, but it makes those smelly diapers a bit easier to withstand handling! (We use the Scentsy Newborn Nursery block & it smells like baby powder!)  

Waste: Nothing yet!

Favorite: It's a tie between his name that DH & I painted & hung over his crib & his crib set up. I LOVE his Cookie Monster who is there to welcome him each morning & 'tuck him in' each night! *lol*   [Don't flame me for keeping the stuffed animals in his crib-I'll take them out when I feel it's necessary.]
