How much BM to send to DC (poll & ?)

LO had his first day in daycare today, and up until now, i've had no idea how much he eats at a time as he is BF. when he has a bottle of BM it always varries, sometimes 2oz, sometimes 3 oz.  Today i sent him with 20oz (4 full bottles) and he ate 12oz.  so tomorrow, should i send abother 4 full bottles or 15oz/3 full bottles ?  I feed him 15 mins before DC opens and right when i pick him up (if he is hungry)
