Starting a napping problem?

Last week DH was put of town and I ended up with salmonella food poisoning. My mom kept DD for a couple days because I felt so bad. My mom admitted to holding her a lot while she napped. Now DD is back home, but I'm not 100 percent yet. She has been fighting naps so I have given in and held her for a lot of them because I still don't feel well and she sleeps longer if I hold her. I know its a bad idea... but i just feel like laying here. Next week we are going on vacation with the other set of grandparents. I know my MIL will hold her a lot too. After three weeks of being held and cuddled, she going to be a napping disaster when this is all over! I know people say you can't spoil a baby, but she is 15 weeks. I have a feeling I am going to have hell to pay when we get home from vacation!
