Bedtime feeding question

So I have read a lot of people talk about their LO sleeping through the night for 8-9 hours and it got me thinking. My DS eats his last bottle at 10pm and sleeps until 5:30-5:45am without waking up. He usually falls asleep around 7:30-8:00pm and at 10pm I dream feed him but I am wondering if I even need to continue with the 10pm feeding? I am just worried that if I stop his 10pm bottle that he will wake up in the middle of the night hungry and I would much rather do a 10pm feeding then at 2am feeding.
