Flecks of blood in LO's stool

I honestly have no idea what is going on with LO here lately.

The other day he had flecks of blood in his stool. We took the diaper to the ped and confirmed it was blood. He has such bad reflux issues the doc speculated it could be blood from irritated esophagas working its way down. So he is now on zantac.

But now Im wondering if its blood from sinuses. He sounds raspy in his nose like a pug nose dog. His lungs are clear though. And twice he has stopped breathing at night, then caught his breath and let out a high pitched wail. After which clear egg-white type phlegm poured and poured out of his mouth-which I think is due to the sinus(and ped says we could do a nasal rinse).

The only other thing it could be after this is an allergy to something in my milk. We ebf. I really hope its not this because then we might have to stop bf even though he is gaining weight well.

So frustrating and scary. Anyone have experience with this?
