smoking and breastfeeding....hand in hand!

My friend got me a book about breastfeeding....writte. in 1958. It's hilarious. I read some of it tonight and the one part about smoking says to TRY to quit during pregnancy, but it's okay if you can't. Says there are some health risks coming to light but "a baby would rather have a stress free mom"!!!! I'm not a smoker, but I thought that was pretty great advice...kidding.

Anyway, thought it was good for a laugh so far. And the part about a "healthy" diet. Tips like asking the butcher for a half ground beef/ half "heart" mixture for hamburgers. Mmmmm boy!
