Epstein pearls?

Did anyone's LO have Epstein pearls in their mouth? They are little white bumps that can be in the mouth at birth. I'm wondering if DD has one. I thought it was a tooth coming in, but when I looked at a teething chart the tooth in this area of her mouth doesn't typically come in until 1624 months. So if she is getting a tooth there, that's really strange. Strange stuff happens though. I have tried to get a good look at it, but come on, it's pretty hard to get a good look at anything in a 3 month olds mouth. I'm starting to think it doesn't look like a tooth though. It does resemble pics I found online of Epstein pearls, but the info I found on it says they are usually present at birth and gone by 2 weeks old. This was neither of those.
