I was cleaning out a closet and found an old winter jacket [classic 1992 purple and teal... cool beans!] I tossed it on the goodwill pile then thought I could repurpose it. I measured the places on the city mini where the straps are sewn to the stroller [three places], transferred the measurements to the inside back of the jacket, sewed essentially 3 oversized button holes to run the straps through and.... poof! Instantly [well, 10 minutes later] had a very warm stroller cozy that zips up the front. I just tucked the arms in at the sides but may cut them off if I find another 10 minutes Will try to PIP later [I'm on my phone] but it looks like LO may be rocking the stroller '90s style this winter!
ETA: Photos!
I marked the places for the "button holes". Because the outer jacket has two layers I pinned them together. This jacket also has a liner but the pictures with just the outer shell are easier to see:

All zipped up!
