Breastfeeding PLEASE HELP

My daughter is 3 months old and I'm not sure if she's getting enough or even how much she should be getting. I TRY to exclusively nurse her but she just seems hungry ALL the time. She's eating every 1.5-2 hrs. Is this too much? She never really seems too full where she's uncomfy but she is getting big & heavy. When she eats I only feed her from one breast, should I be feeding her from both breasts? She also can nurse for 25 mins or more just like in the beginning.  What to do? Please help me.
