How do you and your SO divide up household and baby responsibilities? I go back to work tomorrow and DH and I hav been talking about what the best system would be. While on ML, I got up at night when DH had to work and he took early mornngs on weekends so I could sleep in. K is sorta kinda STTN but when she doesn't, we are going to just take turns each night so that we can each have alternating nights to get full sleep. [when she does wake, it has only been once, around 2/3am]. 

I'm sure it'll take trial and error, but what do your morning and evening routines look like for both parents?
