What does BF look like now adays for all of you....how often, how long, switch sides, etc?

My LO is 3 months now and BF is a lot different from even a month ago. He is much more efficiant. He nurses about every 2-3 hours (used to be like every hour!). He only nurses for about 15 mins. now. Most times he still eats off both breast.

I remember when he was first born I read that babies should nurse at least 8-12 times a day. How many times should it be now? He is 13wks. Thanks!
